1. Service Provision
These Terms and Conditions govern the passenger transfer services provided by VIP-Transfers-Varna by KM-KAMPANI EOOD. By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmation
A booking request made via our website is not automatically guaranteed. Your transfer is only officially scheduled once you receive a direct confirmation email or message from our team.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted based on the specific route and vehicle type. The agreed fare is fixed unless the route or passenger count is significantly altered by the client. Payment is to be made to the driver upon arrival or via online payment in advance.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability
We are committed to getting you to your destination safely and on time. However, we are not liable for delays, missed flights, or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe traffic congestion, road closures, or extreme weather conditions.

Your personal information is kept securely and retained only for as long as necessary to complete your transfer, resolve any post-service queries, and comply with standard legal and accounting requirements.
